SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Within Australia we offer FREE standard tracked shipping on all orders over $80 and FREE express tracked shipping on all orders over $200. Standard tracked shipping for all orders $80 and under is $8.00 and express shipping for orders $200 and under is $15.00.
Special shipping zones have been set up for our friends in New Zealand, North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific as well as other regions around the world. Details, including free international shipping options, are available at checkout.
We want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within two business days of order receipt.
Please check your junk mail for emails from Rundles regarding your order. As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We use Australia Post for all Standard and Express Shipping and your order can be tracked at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
PLEASE NOTE – Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you have missed your parcel or think your parcel is overdue, please use the shipping code provided to track its location. We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels. Once we have dispatched your order, it then becomes the responsibility of the delivery company.
We get it! Sometimes you may not be completely happy with your purchase so please review our Returns Policy so that we can help you out.
If you wish to return an item you must please contact us first at email@example.com with your order details, product code and reason for return. You must also complete the form that comes with your purchase and return it with your item(s).
For our Australian customers all items must be returned to us within 14 days of goods being delivered. Our international customers have 28 days to return their goods. All our customers will receive a Store Credit subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be received by us in original condition, i.e. unworn, no marks or stains, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Rundles staff reserve the right to reject a returned item if we conclude it is not in original condition.
- The customer covers the cost of returning all items to Rundles. We recommend using tracked postage as Rundles takes no responsibility for return items lost in the post.
- Sale Items cannot be returned unless they qualify as a Faulty Item.
Rundles supports Australian consumer protections laws and if your item has a genuine manufacturing fault and/or does not correspond with the description given to you then Rundles will either replace the item, repair the fault or offer you a complete refund.
If your product is deemed faulty by Rundles $8.00 will be added to your Store Credit to compensate you for return shipping.
